Bill Cosby may not be speaking out about all of these rape allegations anytime soon, but his attorney is fighting against them on his behalf.
Janice Dickinson is the fourth woman to come out and accuse the former Cosby Show actor of sexually assaulting her, and Bill's lawyer isn't buying it one bit.

In a letter to The Wrap, Marty Singer quoted a passage from the model's autobiography and a 2002 interview, saying she reportedly stated that the comedian "blew her off" after a dinner they had together because he wouldn't sleep with her.
The celebrity attorney is saying current claims do not add up to her previous stories:
"Her new story claiming that she had been sexually assaulted is a defamatory fabrication."
But that wasn't the only thing Marty tried to disprove...
In Janice's recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, the model revealed that she didn't include claims of rape in her autobiography because she was contacted and pressured by the actor's attorneys to remove that passage.

The famed lawyer then went on to cite that allegation:
"Neither Mr. Cosby or any of his attorneys were ever told by Harper Collins that Ms. Dickinson had supposedly planned to write that he had sexually assaulted her, and neither Mr. Cosby or any of his representatives ever communication [sic] with the publisher about any alleged rape or sexual assault about the book."
As much as Marty is trying to discredit these allegations of rape, it doesn't seem like these claims of sexual assault are stopping anytime soon.
